CADET COACH COURSE

The A.C.F. Cadet Coach Course is conducted at the beginning of each year for anyone 14 years or older.

Calisthenic Skills Grade 2 is a prerequisite for the Cadet Coach Course. Click here for current information about Calisthenic Skills.

Cadet Coach accreditation is also a prerequisite for the Level 1 Coach Course.

The course consists of 5 Modules completed in one day:
Module 1      Role of the Cadet
Module 2Communication Skills
Module 3Safety, Warm-up, Flexibility and Strength
Module 4Terminology and Technical Skills
Module 5Pathways
A certificate will be awarded at the completion of the Course.

Requirements:
All applicants must:
  • be 14 years or older in the year of commencement of the course
  • have completed Calisthenic Skills Grade 2 (or higher)
  • an Associate Member of CAL.S.A.C.
For Cadet Coach accreditation to remain valid Associate Membership of CAL.S.A.C. must be renewed each year until the cadet enrols in the Coaches Level 1 Course.
